- Pain or discomfort on the bottom of the foot, particularly in the heel area
- Pain that is worse in the morning or after long periods of sitting or standing
- Stiffness or tightness in the foot, particularly in the heel or arch area
- Swelling or redness in the affected foot
- Aching or burning sensation in the foot
- Difficulty walking or running, particularly on hard surfaces
- Pain that worsens with activity and improves with rest
- Numbness or tingling in the foot in some cases
